At Database Solution Services, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality communication solutions to every customer. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in line with industry best practices.

1. General Refund Policy
- All purchases, recharges, and top-ups for our services are final and non-refundable.
- Once payment is processed and credits are added to your account (wallet/banner/API, etc.), they cannot be transferred back to your bank account or refunded under any circumstances.
- This includes, but is not limited to, credits for Bulk SMS, missed call service, voice calls, WhatsApp credits, and any setup or subscription fees.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused balance, expired credits, or in cases of account suspension or termination due to a breach of terms and conditions.

2. Service Delivery & Message Failures
- Our system operates on a best-effort “submission basis,” utilizing global carrier routes and telecom networks to deliver your communications.
- Charges apply for all successfully submitted, processed, or attempted messages, including failed or undelivered messages (due to recipient network, device configuration, or regulatory restrictions).
- No refunds are provided for failed delivery, undelivered messages, operator downtimes, DND status, or message filtering by any network/operator.

3. Cancellation
- No cancellation is available for successfully processed payments and activated services.
- In the case of recurring plans or subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Account Suspension or Termination
- If your account is suspended, terminated, or blocked due to violations of our Terms & Conditions or abuse of service, no refund is provided for any remaining balance.
- Refunds are not available for accounts deactivated due to non-compliance with national regulations (like DLT), spam complaints, or breach of service agreements.

5. Exceptional Cases
- While refunds are not issued as standard policy, we may consider refund requests in instances of duplicate payments or proven technical errors solely on our part.
- Such cases must be reported to our support team within 3 business days of the transaction.
- The final decision on such requests rests solely at the discretion of Database Solution Services management.

6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments, transactions, or services should be reported promptly to our customer support, providing relevant transaction details and supporting evidence.
- Our team will investigate and respond to your query as per our standard support timeline.
